1. The service

Pianumero (https://pianumero.com) is a free website to learn the piano with numbers, published by Loïc Berthod, Grône, Switzerland. It can be used without an account; a free account keeps your progress. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Your account

Give a working email address and keep your password to yourself. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. Fair use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break in or to overload it, no automated mass access, no creation of accounts in bulk, and no name that is offensive or impersonates someone else. An account that breaks these rules may be suspended or deleted.

4. The songs and the content

The melodies are in the public domain. The arrangements, number sheets, letter notes and MIDI files of this site are free to use, print and share for learning, including in class. The site's texts and design belong to its publisher.

5. Availability and liability

The service is free and provided as it is, without guarantee that it is always available or free of errors; it may change or stop. As far as Swiss law allows, the publisher is not liable for damage resulting from its use; liability for intent and gross negligence is not excluded (Swiss Code of Obligations, art. 100).

6. Privacy

How your data is handled is set out in the privacy notice.

7. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the canton of Valais, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that give consumers the right to go to the courts where they live.
